Pvt बैंक की ब्रांच में Sales/Marketing टीम होती है....और PSB में ZO/RO में "1" अफसर जिसका काम होता है BM/BH को login day पे कॉल करके कहना कि - "आज कम से कम 5 policies login करनी है...और day end से पहले RM/ZM को रिपोर्ट करके ही ब्रांच बंद करनी है..बाकी आप देखलो😎"

Only one thing u do at first- Bring one good executive as HR Head at your HO and give him/her little flexibility to bring change. Let him/her bring innovative.
