I can’t believe this is how @airbnb handles emergency situations such as these. We are not leaving our reservation by choice!! It isn’t our mistake and should not be our full responsibility to fix it!!!

Currently staying at an @Airbnb in which the bathroom is flooding and could not get a response from the owner after almost two hours. We finally contact customer service and they gave the owner an ADDITIONAL hour to respond regarding the issue. Then the power goes out.

properties have check in times between 1-4 PM. The few owners we have been able to get responses from are rightfully adding a last minute fee and airbnb is not trying to cover that fee and we won’t be able to get a refund for our remaining nights until up to a WEEK from now.
