@PhilipsCare I tried holding it down 5/7 seconds, the green light didn't appear. The pressure of the brush was getting weak a few days prior, so I used a manual brush and let it charge for 24 hours at least, and it worked, then the morning it was dead. I live in the United States.

@PhilipsCare I bought my toothbrush 2 months ago and used it regularly. It was great until I went to use it this morning and it doesn't charge/work anymore. It's completely dead and I spent $70 on it, which I do not want to go ahead and spend again. I'm very frustrated!
