Real estate math is pretty insane when you consider high rates fuck you on expenses (interest) + prices + relative yield vs other assets so real estate investors get triple compound fucked.

It can be difficult to comprehend the amount of wealth in real estate but it's really gigantic. If you look at some of the richest people / families / businesses across all the world, much of it is attributed to real estate because its traditionally been considered a good place to store value.

The total real estate value of Miami (not even top 5 city in USA) is alone worth $1.5 trillion - around the same market cap of $BTC. The total value of all global real estate is $280T. As the tides continue to shift, new money into real estate will be increasingly allocated to crypto and you will even see more direct flows from real estate to crypto as well.

$MYRO is recovering very strong here after the rumors & FUD capitulation where it entered HEAVILY oversold territory for over 24 hours when uncertainty loomed (see red box in photo)

I added BAGS in this dip; I believe these prices are a gift for a project like @MyroSOL. This is going well over 500m over the coming months, so this short-term PA is irrelevant and didn't shake my conviction in the slightest
