@Chargerback_Web my phone was found on @united turned in terminal C, newark, i pinged to confirm location in baggage claim, filed a claim form and just keep receiving automated replies saying no update when I know EXACTLY where my phone is, calling United is no help at all -
@united lost phone NWK Terminal C, someone turned it in June 14 in lost and found baggage claim, no way for me to get to it, auto messages from United saying phone not found even tho I'm telling them where it is claim# 23417375
@united You do realize how unreasonable this sounds? Drive an hour an a half to find a random agent to go into the international baggage claim area to retrieve my phone? I have been trying for a month - filing a lost and found form letting them know EXACTLY where my phone is
