@martins_group I want a manager to call me. I just found i have a service plan and I have been charged over £500 for 2 services! I want this investigated and refunded. I am appalled that martins basingstoke have done this!!!

@DHLParcelUK I ordered a doggy birthday cake.Your driver lied and said he attempted to deliver but didn't his tracking shows he wasn't near!2nd time we have had issues.We lost our other dog 2 weeks ago and this was suppose to be a celebration for our children for our other one.
