Nothing makes Filbert happier than seeing the smiling face of a happy child. The problem is, kids have a tendency to poke fun at his rosy cheeks, so Filbert is constantly torn between grief and joy.
A very aggressive hit piece on me has just been published in the Daily Telegraph by Allister Heath - labelling me ‘a deluded egotist who is toxifying British politics.’
He gives three examples of why he is so horrified by Restore Britain’s presence.
Number one. The fact I stated my concern around projections that ‘white Britons will become a minority by 2063’.
No statistic greater demonstrates the astounding way mass immigration is changing our country. He calls Restore Britain’s worry around this ‘racism’ and ‘disgusting’.
It should have ‘no place in mainstream politics’.
It’s that attitude which has allowed our communities to transform in front of our very eyes over the last few decades.
It’s not going to work on me.
This brings us on to his second point.
The fact that I highlight how parts of Manchester have essentially been colonised by Islamic populations.
YES.
I stand by every single word.
Communities in places like Rochdale, Oldham, entire districts in Manchester itself.
Replaced. Of course this has happened. My advice to the journalist is this - go and visit, use your eyes.
I did exactly that, and it shocked me.
There is no multiculturalism. There is one culture. One religion. One way of life.
Islam.
I make no apologies for my views on that, and Restore Britain’s efforts to change it.
His third concern? Incredibly…
The fact that Restore Britain has banning halal and kosher slaughter as a policy.
He is offended by my description - ‘barbaric foreign practices that have no place in our high-trust society’.
He calls it ‘despicable’, and it puts me ‘beyond the pale’.
He states that banning halal ‘would trigger a civil war’…
Does that not prove my earlier point correct?
Whatever.
I don’t want millions and millions and millions of animals to be brutally butchered and left to bleed from the neck in the most unimaginable pain. Does that make me ‘despicable’? I think not.
I am a British farmer. In this country, we care for our animals properly. I don’t care if that offends certain religions, I really don’t.
He also takes issue with me labelling cousin marriage non-British. Seriously?
If you are a Telegraph subscriber and you disagree, I suggest you let the paper know. They think your concerns around Halal slaughter are ‘despicable’ or that if you’re worried about parts of Britain becoming mainly Islamic that view is ‘foul’.
If you’re reading this, agreeing with what I’m saying, then join us.
Join Restore Britain.
Let’s get our country back.
@TerminusVinter I think this will make you happy, all the most popular and long running jokes at my school were inbetweeners references more than a decade after it ended, especially ''friends, aww football friends'' would be said all the time to mock people
@haydensbakery You can get the coalgirls release on nyaa if you want the old bd.
It's a hd telecine, so there's aberration, softness, black crush, color shift, cropping, far more grainy but i actually prefer it for that. I finds the flaws can make for a more stimulating image
@haydensbakery Older bluray release of cs is worth investigating btw, it has far less extreme dnr and so little details like the texturing of the intro backgrounds aren't erroneously removed.
Other little details in the show also likely affected
@Okzidentalismus@StructuredThou1 Small ingroups based on religious/ethnic affiliation also create patronage networks and allow them to take control nepotistically, see Jews or Masons.
We live in a societal insane asylum, incels, feminism, terminally online, brosphere, nobody much had a day to day concept of these things then, and all this tied up with the melancholy of seeing a London inhabited by it's natives.
In 2005 you were just going out to get chips.
I saw this clip from 2005 Doctor Who and quite quickly thought of those swarthy ''alpha'' influencers telling men to never pay on a date.
It's so absurd to consider that such absurd societal abstractions were unthinkable when this was made, everything was just normal.
@oecolamp The part that really gets me is the media stuff, instead of propping up media that more fits our ideals and celebrating it it's just never ceasing obsession with whatever homosexual or dei slop is occurring in mainstream popculture.
Useless, utterly useless waste of time.
@oecolamp The right is going to be plagued as long as it doesn't conform to this, 95% of the online right is committed to utterly negative aesthetics, whole accounts of race crimes, liberal doing ragebait stuff, complaining, endless reactionary content and no creation of their own.
@mephistophalic A lot of the ui is actually real and based off Apple's Copland.
Which is kinda hilarious considering macos is the last thing lain fans will be using nowadays lol. They're all larping arch linux and stuff.
