So the English gave 29 Licenses to catch Tuna in Scotland's waters to English fishermen and O to Scottish fishermen and the c*nts in London say the process is fair and transparent, it is transparent AF that they are colonists stealing from us, Yet another reason for independence
🇳🇴 When Norway finally took the step of having a referendum, there was no disagreement over arrangements as to borders, currency or trade.
🤝 Norwegians had the confidence to believe they could they work those things out successfully - and they did: https://t.co/tgVhLh0ZXW
So Scottishfishermen are denied the right to fish Tuna in our waters but its old for English fishermen to get a licence to catch them in Scottish waters and you wonder why we think we'd be a lot better as an Independent country Independence ASAP
During the 2024 general election Anas Sarwar pledged "tens of billions of pounds" of investment for grid infrastructure in Scotland that would see fifty years of upgrade in just six years.
It really is time the BBC challenged this charlatan on his election promises given he made most of them on BBC programmes.
At least Norway will go home knowing it has a far higher standard of living than the UK, a massiver wealth fund & is far more advanced in developing renewables technology than the UK. I know which country should be feeling smug today.
#Norway@StephenFlynnSNP@larabirdsnp
@trapdoorcat@allanukscotland Probably the same folk who allocated Scotland 7.78% of the fishing growth fund despite Scotland accounting for 60% of UK capacity, catch & exports
What an embarrassment.
Calls for more devolution?
You do know that devolution is the perpetual plunder of Scotlands assets & the subordination of our sovereignty don’t you?
Devolution, Devolution…✔️
Independence convention, support decolonisation….. ❌
Couldn't save Grangemouth with a few millions. Same with Mossmorran.
However a clapped out steel works in Scunthorpe got a £2 billion package to stay open. It's now losing £1.3 million a day. Another Union Bonus. Will we ever learn.
A wee road and a tunnel in England, that will be £11bn plus. Scotgov built the Queensbury crossing on budget and on time circa £1.5bn and still got hounded by the phoney Scottish media and political parties.
It truly beggars belief Burnham’s policy is being ‘drawn up’ by the former head of Labour Together, a faction so toxic and right wing, it effectively destroyed Starmer’s government.
Imagine being told that you can't have another vote on independence by a country that is going to have a parliamentary vote between a cunt & a fucking bin!!
What a world we live in.
This is what happens when you elect House Jocks. Labour is overseeing the biggest and most rapid wealth extraction from Scotland since the 1970s. Nothing is off limits to them, not even fish.
The UK government allocated 29 licenses to catch tuna in Scotland's waters exclusively to English fishermen
Scottish fishermen were granted ZERO licenses.
They call it a union but if Scotland or Wales were in a World Cup quarter final tonight then there’s absolutely no chance the MOD posts something like this, or anything at all.
I've been to Norway. There are numerous similarities to Scotland, offset by the language barrier, admittedly. But if a shared language is the main thing that binds us to England, why are English-speaking New Zealand and Australia so content to be independent?
