This dish won @chefbrianakim from Alice resto the Ottawa-Gatineau qualifier of @GKitchenParty last night: kombu smoke, onion tuile, rhubarb jerky, cured maitake mushrooms in seaweed and black garlic, charred corn, barley porridge, fermented green tomato brine & kelp broth
