Doing some prep work for tomorrow's Easter dinner we're having one of my brothers and sister in law over for. Caramelized onions for the mashed potatoes and chicken back stock to make some awesome gravy 😋

I decided to use what ever was in the fridge and freezer for a stir-fry. I chopped the veggies and fried them with chicken marinated in honey/lemon, added some tagliatelle too.
