@AsdaServiceTeam have to say absolutely poor service from asda over the Christmas period. An order that did not arrive and then told was my fault. £300 out of my account that won't be available quickly to me. Made Christmas unnecessarily stressful.

@DHLGlobal can you explain to me how you find it acceptable to not deliver a parcel and then when I phone customer service to track my parcel update your status to say you have attempted delivery despite this not being the case. And now impossible to speak to a human to sort it
