Scotlands Deputy First Minister has today called for a cut in VAT, to boost Hospitality and Tourism.
We need all party’s to commit to this.
A cut in VAT is the lifeline that would save the struggling sector.
In 2020 Claire Bosi @chefpublishing launched a campaign for a Minister of Hospitality, @RobinHutson set-up a dedicated team @The_Pig_Hotel group to promote the campaign for @seatat_thetable by December 2020 200 signatures had been achieved including top hospitality leaders and associations from all sectors, all still displayed on Instagram @CatMcKinnell MP Labour was very supportive & on 11 Jan 2021 the Petition committee held a debate to support the industry call for a dedicated minister.
