@SplendidTable my trick for getting egg shells off is cook them with a tsp. of Baking Soda then shocking them with ice water as Lynn cited. I wish more people knew how easy and beautiful they can be, imagine a world would be filled with devilded eggs ~ Happy Thanksgiving
