@JetBlue how come you don’t ask for the passport expiration date at booking? It would have saved our friend from booking a flight they couldn’t take. They only realized it had expired when I tried to check him in - and the $100 cancellation fee you took on top of that was rude.

@united Lindsey rebooked the four of us for the next day but I feel United needs to reprimand Ronald for calling my husband a liar. United needs to actually call my husband since customer service can’t seem to find a supervisor and help resolve our complaint.

@united my husband called United and kept being put on hold. He never got a supervisor. My question is how can this be a customer centric process? My text came in at 3:20. We got to the gate at 3:30. The flight was scheduled for 3:50.

@united Security calmed the attendant (Ronald) down and asked him not to interact with us. Lindsay was exceptional and rebooked is for tomorrow. One lady was stranded and the guy who had the door closed on him booked another route.

@united The guy at the gate looked one passenger in the eye and closed the gate on him. He called my husband a liar when he said no announcements were made. And then called security on him.

@united I’m writing this after finally calming down for a missed flight from Jax to IAH and then Sydney. The gate closed early and there were no announcements that the gate was closing. 8 ppl were stranded.
