@SkyHelpTeam could you please tell me why no-one is able to return a call when they say they will. Have been promised a call back 4 times now and its never happened. Over 6 hrs on hold over 4 days in total and now on hold again not acceptable - ring me back.

@EzecMedical1 witnessed one of your vehicles on Portland this evening reversing hit a lamppost quite forcibly and just drive off - didn't even stop to see what he'd hit; lamppost still shaking minutes later! Time was about 2115, Weston Road, coop car park. Probably damaged bus!

@ssencommunity Except it still doesn't work.....
Over an hr and half to get on the island (from the top of wyke) and barely any traffic coming off!! Yet I'm sure in the morning it'll be the opposite again; queues to come off and nothing coming on.

@ssencommunity Could you please sort the timing of the lights or have them manually controlled on the Portland beach Rd... 2hrs to get off the island 15 minutes to get on😡... Also have people working 24/7 if it's emergency works its not a residential area.

@BorisJohnson Perhaps if the nearest available centre wasn't 60 miles away would make it a bit easier!!!
