We often hear:
1. Surgeon will only remove what's seen on scans.
2. Surgeon says 4 gland exploration is too risky.
3. Surgeon did a focused #parathyroidectomy. My symptoms are back.
4. Calcium/PTH didn't drop much after focused surgery. I'm back on cinacalcet.
5. Surgery failed
