You were booked for midday. Turned up more than 6 hours late in a van that was too small so it took three trips to move us meaning an 11pm finish. We did a 3rd of the move ourselves in our cars and you still charged us the best part of ยฃ800 for the privilege. RESPOND PLEASE.

@easyJet awful experience at Bristol today. Penned in with no information, no aircon to be told after 1.5hrs flight cancelled. Then no Information again and kept in another holding pen before finally being allowed to leave the airport! ยฃ420 for a hire car to top it all off!!
