@KatTwisted For your deposit they're supposed to have you a check or letter detailing fees within 30 days of move out. Maybe tenant advocate can help with it all?
@KatTwisted Is it for the gas utility or the rent? I don't think they can change the rent. Sounds like fail to disclose. can you talk to who issued the vouchers? Also, for electric/water liheap program via DES can help. There's a renter assistance too, but don't know eligibility.
@KatTwisted If you haven't apply for the liheap program: https://t.co/96uv0ND06V direct to electric Co help up to $1200/yr. Also a water credit $3k/lifetime. Is there a way to appeal/get waiver due to their error? That link also has rental help, not sure of eligibility requirement.
@chrisprice@CMerandi Ducey insisted on the AZ opioids laws & Hobbs was a part of the legislature that passed the laws. I think unanimously if I recall correctly.
@Therese01092019 @EDFPhotos@Jaylee2076 AZ patient here, it's nice to hear this. However, we do need to get the opiate laws changed to help patients, protect providers, etc. Unfortunately getting providers to speak publicly to AZ leg can be an issue. Need more involved both for creating change & advocating for it.
AZ #cpp kicking around an idea for upcoming legislative session. Anyone able to give a personal info redacted current pain contract? Especially if it has hindered ability to travel? Need examples/patient stories of travel denial, etc. #ChronicPain#chronicillness
#ChronicPain required psych was about Central pain sensitization, etc. Including advice about hydration, supplements (acv, managing, turmeric, lemon, etc). Thanks CDC guidelines. Waste of $60, time. Presumably following what was said reduce pain by 40-60% over 6 months or so.
@KatTwisted@lil23rdss All because the org changes policy as a result of the new guidelines gotta do it. Refer in house, no insurance accepted. I can find anyone else so long as they do the risk/addiction/pain evaluation. Would another be accepted, if not, what then? Risky either way, more $ w/org.
@KatTwisted I get it. My cannon lasted over 10yrs. I'd still be using it if it wasn't for the software issue. This Epson is a few years old & was listed as being eco friendly. Got it from Costco. So far we haven't bought ink, but we avoid printing if we can & b/w if we have to.
@KatTwisted Cannon too. I bought a ton of cartridges right before software changed & mine was so old it wasn't compatible. The Epson we have now we have ink bottles to refill the cartridges. It's pretty easy to get one for $100/less. Almost to where it's cheaper to buy new v replace ink.
@lil23rdss@KatTwisted Have to have an eval by a counselor/psych. Maybe? I've gotta find the portion of the guidelines yet he's referring to for this. Even though I've seen this dr for 10+yrs & he says he has no concern, I've gotta do it. Another freaking hoop & more $$.
@KatTwisted Yeah, I totally flaked on a follow-up chat with her when she was running about things. Overall, there's not a lot she can do to change the laws. The fact she'll listen, understands hopefully helps when she can do something. There might be an online form for her. Not certain.
@KatTwisted Welcome. Not sure if I have anyone who can help get it more in front of her or not. She's a nice person who was really surprised/annoyed when I told her the impact of the laws. Hopefully if there's anything she can do she will.
@KatTwisted If any part of this is the result of ahccs policies reach out to AG Mays. I know when I talked to her about various aspects of the AZ law & such she expressed interest/concern. She'd be able to take a look at the policies. Her office handles elder/disabled abuse issues too
PM said have to get assessed by pain psych for addiction, etc poss. new policy as result of CDC guidelines. Anyone else? In house guy doesn't take insurance. 15+ years, almost 10 w/this PM who isn't concerned, but policy so gotta do it.
@headdock@Sixxwitch1 To be clear, ins was trying to get her home due to pt fail to progress. When she wasn't to stand on the leg, weak, etc due to yersenia the hospital found.
@headdock@Sixxwitch1 That's good. SNF was the rehab side from her breaking her leg. Caught yersenia enterocolitica. Tried to discharge home, got her to hospital due to dvt each leg knee-groin where r 12th rib was detached/broke from her spine & punctured causing her to bleed out in 3d.
