Ex police officer wins his settlement after being dismissed for gross misconduct after speaking out in diversity training

Luke Salmons, shares his story, that whilst taking diversity training and told that the space was an open forum and a safe in house discussion. Luke spoke out, about some forms of Islam and his concerns. He was quickly placed on suspension for 6 months, then was dismissed for GROSS MISCONDUCT, and put on a list, so he can NEVER be a police officer again!

I recently spoke with a former military resident of Wethersfield, the person disclosed to me some of the following:

• They say they were lied to about the base housing migrants and it was called Operation Jupe.

•They had to live in B&Bs awaiting council accommodation after being kicked out of the base.

• They were given an electricity bill once they left.

• Former personnel who died in Afghanistan, now have Afghan men living in their former homes.

• 14 children had to leave their homes and local village school which resulted in a teacher being made redundant.

•They wouldn't let the museum remain on the base and they have been pushed into a small accommodation in the village and struggling with donations to stay open.

• There is no war memorial to any men or women who served and lived at RAF Wethersfield.

Multiple pedestrians have been struck by a car in Derby city centre.

The vehicle struck in the Friar Gate area at about 9.30pm tonight.

A number of people were injured, some of them seriously, and were treated at the scene by ambulance crews before being taken to hospital.
