Zephaneia usually naps 1 sleep cycle only unless she is in our room and on us. Says she needs nap training 🤔🤔 i prefer not to and just hope the bedtime training will asjust her rhythm about napping.

Im also weaning the night feed. Must remember to feed baby every 2.5hours during the day to get my body to adjust my supply.

SUNDAY MEDITATION:
We can have success and still feel empty. We can have people around us and still feel alone. But there is a place in our soul that only Jesus can fill. And when He fills it, there will be peace that goes beyond understanding.

Ahhh! 🤯 I see lots of ads enticing parents how to teach their 2 years old to read. Here I am just wanting my kids to be emotionally strong & resilient. Notice Most CEOs are college drop outs. What’s best about them is their charisma and grit. then, they employ the Intelligent!😛
