Mortgage lenders should be told to allow you to switch to interest only without issue in these tough times. My mortgage payments have gone up by over 30% in a year. They're getting unaffordable. Ridiculous
Ah @AskNationwide you do it again with your cost of living "help". But it's not really help for those you're keeping as mortgage prisoners is it. I rent out a property as it's in negative equity and can't sell it. You won't let me extend the term or change the rate.
Not really helpful then are you?
I rent the flat out for going rate of £500/m but pay you £580/m plus £200/m maintenance. Your rate increases with BoE BR. I make nothing and you won't let me change anything. Been wanting to sell for 13 years but still in NE.

I went and sought out the officer who took my almost new cuffs and gave me their sellotaped ones 😂 they looked at me like I was a weirdo but I hadn't had a chance to wear them in 😂 I got them back
I've decided that every piece of dog 💩 I see on my dog walks - I'll spray them with edible food colouring and put in a biodegradable flag with a sign saying "my owner is a scruff"
It won't help the situation but it'll make me feel better knowing they'll see that on their walk
The worst thing about job searching is no response from recruiters. You apply & ignored. Have an interview & get ghosted. Made to feel pushy if you chase after 1-2mths of nothing.
If I take the time to apply, have the decency to let me down as soon as you know Im not the one
The sadness when @AmazonKindle send you a notification that @MhairiMcF 's new book is now available but they lie! It's nowhere on my kindle or my account until tomorrow. I got all excited 😭😭
@DeborahMeaden@MrJamesMay @DualitLtd My @DualitLtd toaster was a secondhand bootsale find about 10 years ago and is still going strong. I refuse to get rid.
@samuellatics Depending on the type of bill.... I've found if you call them and say you're willing to pay but can't pay in one go and can you pay X amount per month for Y months, they're generally happy to do so. Better to talk to them first than get into deeper debt.
