这篇文章，我真心建议所有使用 Claude Code 或者 Codex 的人都看一遍。

我之前写过几次类似的感受：模型能力提升后，我们还在沿用旧模型时代的提示习惯，给 Agent 塞满规则、示例和各种「不要做什么」，很多时候反而会限制它。

Anthropic 最近把 Claude Code 面向 Opus 5 和 Fable 5 的系统提示词删掉了 80% 以上，代码评测几乎没有下降。

他们发现，过多的规则很容易互相冲突，Claude 还得先花力气判断该听哪一条。固定示例也会缩小模型的探索范围，本来能自己判断的事情，最后被框死在预设路径里。

现在的思路变得简单很多：

让模型结合代码库自己判断；把工具接口设计清楚；验证和代码审查需要时再通过 Skills 加载；CLAUDE.md 只保留仓库里真正特殊、很难从代码中直接发现的坑。

我觉得 Context Engineering 正在进入一个新阶段。

过去像是给 Agent 写一本厚厚的员工手册，现在更像是给它搭建一个清晰的工作环境。

模型越强，真正有价值的上下文可能越短：明确的边界、独特的经验、关键的参考，剩下的交给它自己判断。

很多过去有效的「最佳实践」，现在可能已经从护栏变成了脚镣。

5/ And for what it’s worth, I happen to know a lot about this subject matter, both from personal and professional experiences.

Professionally, I launched my career at Morgan Stanley as an exotic derivatives trader right at the height of the 2008 crisis. I witnessed unprecedented market chaos and compressed a decade’s worth of volatility experience into a few short years. This is where I became acquainted with “fat tail” events — the improbable scenarios that upend markets — and realized how elusive true hedging really is, especially for what I call “40% resistance.” Here, surrounded by the Riverian risk-takers, I also discovered Bitcoin.

Next came a brief but eye-opening period with the Harvard endowment. Harvard University was the world’s only AAA-rated hedge fund that happened to have a side business of higher education. The regulatory arbitrage within its financial ecosystem was astounding and highlighted the thin, often blurred line between compliance and resistance. It was here that I realized the financial system is asymmetrically designed, often tilting toward those who understand its complexities.

Finally, my decade at a multi-billion billion hedge fund opened up the full spectrum of esoteric investments: litigation finance, carbon credits, reinsurance and life insurance contracts — things few people know are even possible. The world is one vast marketplace, and while some investments lean 60% compliant, others dance along the 40% margin of resistance.

On the personal side, three pivotal life events have solidified my conviction in the need for pathways that build a resilient, alternative system. That story’s for another day, but it’s the bedrock of my ethos on fostering a world where we hedge not just financial risks, but also the inherent unpredictability and self-interest within human nature itself.

1/ 有个清华毕业，高盛和德银背景的小朋友问：身边都是这种名校毕业投行工作的人，高薪让他们不管做什么都是极高的机会成本，身边出去创业的人基本上失败之后就缩回来了。其实这个问题在最近被问了三次。产生这个问题的原因来自于不理解事物发展的底层规律。

2/ 要理解两点：
复杂系统中使用蛮力不能达到目标；
事物沿阻力最小路径演化。
所以答案是：我们要花时间不断改变和拓宽自己的最小阻力路径，让成功成为自然而然的事。

3/ 创业失败是非常正常的事情，再回到原来所在的地方更是一件非常正常的事情 。正常中暴露的问题是：你把时间花在蛮干，而不是不断的拓宽自己的阻力最小路径上。阻力太大，世界在系统性的把你按回原地。正如你起跳不能起飞一样。

4/ 在赚了一些钱以后，我渐渐意识到很多钱都是大风刮来的，很多生意都是聊天聊出来的，随手试出来的。过去为什么试不出来？因为当时我的阻力最小路径不支持。

例如：我就算知道AI是未来的发展方向，我就能够搞一个赚钱AI公司吗？我的最小阻力路径决定了我做这事一定失败。

5/ 巴拉巴西成功定律对成功的看法是网络驱动成功，网络定义成功。但是如果我们拆开来看网络的本质是什么，就会发现网络本质上是连接多维度资源，减小这个世界对你的阻力。这是对网络价值更高层次的抽象。

6/ 很多风投说：早期投资就是投人。这个说法没错，但也很荒谬。这不就是赌的文艺说法吗？我现在的思考是：业务在这个人的阻力最小路径上。

7/ 到底如何改变和扩展阻力最小路径？

a. 写过无数次的捏软柿子，本质上就是持续进攻阻力最小路径，把原来阻力较大的路径变成未来的阻力较小路径。

b. 永无休止的别辟蹊径, 增加可组合性，搭建新的阻力最小路径。

8/ 这是一场以“我”为中心，和世界关系不那么大的战争。但大多数人都在追逐世界的变化，打得精疲力竭，却从来没有改变自己。
