@USAA@USAA_help back in the USAA black hole where all emails calls and tweets go to disappear forever. Is it too much to ask for an adjuster to follow through on something and resolve a claim. Weeks and weeks wasted waiting for USAA to do basic functions. Sad day.
@USAA Does USAA value membership anymore? Results are in and apparently the answer is no. When I need USAA the most they’ve done nothing but drop the ball and fail to communicate with me. Is it possible to ever reach a human ??
