Mixed emotions at @ASAathletics cross country trials. Happy to be racing 5 weeks post injury but bummed about the series of unfortunate events in the race and finishing in a sad 8th. Head up and focus on the rest of the season 💪🏻

[Runner's Tribe @runnerstribe]

Cross country would be a great addition to the Olympic games in the modern era. It last appeared in the Olympic arena back in 1924. https://t.co/LKcH8Hf2y7

Confession: I do the extra add on at the end of the run so I hit the exact mileage on my GPS watch. Some find it crazy but I consider it finishing the job. It sets the tone for doing all the little things. #SorryNotSorry

And that's a wrap 🙌🏼
Very happy to end my track season with a 10000m Pb in not the most ideal conditions. Brought some of my hometown wind to the track, think that means it's time for home.

Big smiles for another 3000m steeple PB and win at the Sparkasse Regensburg gala in Germany.
I know I can still go so much faster but so thankful to see where I have come from and where I'm headed
