@Marriott Marquis DC did it again...turned me away from Valet parking only to find out my buddy behind me was accepted for valet parking...they must not value my 15 years of loyalty as an Ambassador and Lifetime Titanium member...also my room is not ready at 515pm don't stay here

@Marriott I am also a partner in 2 venture funds, and the companies we invest will not use Marriott anymore because we cannot count on Marriott to take care of our hard working employees when they arrive...What they did to me was a direct threat on my business.

@Marriott As an Ambassador was abandoned by Marriott DFW South...their Credit card machine was not working, and they refused to troubleshoot or do anything to help me get checked-in...instead they turned me away at 3am...my company and I will no longer use Marriott hotels

@Marriott @Marriott If you own a company DO NOT stay at Marriott properties. I was abandoned by DFW south at 3 in the morning, and as an Ambassador I find this unacceptable. I am the CEO of a sales consulting firm, and until this is resolved no one stays at Marriott...

@Marriott from one company owner to another I would think twice about using Marriott Hotels as a partner...they abandoned me as an Ambassador from checking in at 3am with zero troubleshooting of their system issues...do you think they will take care of your employees???
