@virginmedia That is ridiculous. My complaint is in relation to the appalling service I have experienced over the last 3 weeks. After 2 failed engineer visits, I have fixed the problem myself (1 of 2).

@virginmedia I'm sorry but 30 May isn't a 'fix time', it's a joke. I've been a customer for 12 years & you're leaving me no choice but to cancel my contract.

@virginmedia I was getting speeds of 110 meg before I upgraded my package & was sent a new Hub. The minute I plugged the Hub in, my speed has dropped to under 5 meg - & that is when it is working at all. It drops out constantly. It is absolutely not a coincidence!

@virginmedia They are telling me it is a 'utilisation issue' in my area which won't be fixed until 30 May, which is a lie. No one else in my area is complaining about having any issues on social media.
