@whitedesp @SergeZaka De façon générale, mais encore plus pour certains cépages, la vigne à peu de besoins en froid comparés aux arbres donc parfois il suffit de quelques nuits fraîches pour satisfaire ces besoins en froid et rendre les bourgeons aptes à répondre au chaud.
