@Waterstones I’m a bit puzzled. My wife tried to return books ordered online from you in my name. Despite having the invoice receipts that came with orders, she was told it would be “illegal” to give a refund and I’d have to take them back myself. Surely this can’t be right?!

@curryspcworld awful customer service. Knowhow install team messed up yesterday but after 1hr on phone today, Currys still unwilling to make things right. Wouldnt let me speak to manager but put me thru to someone who didnt deal with complaints. Worst experience for v long time!
