Fathers, please counsel your sons never to go to a girl’s parents’ home unless they have received an explicit invitation. Young men sometimes take risks without fully considering the consequences, and in certain situations those risks can become deadly.
Jordan Henderson speaking after his 2 goals yesterday.
“People might say I tapped the Chelsea badge too soon but I’ve never felt more at home at a club in my career, I’m just sad I wasn’t here in my prime to play for this special set of fans”
Such a top professional 💙
A historical photograph of Nandi warriors with a lion they reportedly kept as a pet.
The Nandi of Kenya and the Amhara of Ethiopia are said to have kept lions in captivity, reflecting the close and complex relationship some African communities had with these powerful animals.
Lewis Hamilton reportedly went live on Instagram earlier today, fighting back tears as he confirmed that he had cut ties with Kim Kardashian after photos surfaced of her getting cozy with Jude Bellingham.
Through tears, he said:
“She told me she was going to finalize the extension of her brand ambassador deal with Jude… but then I saw pictures of them together on a yacht, both completely naked. We were literally about to celebrate our private wedding. I think whatever we had is over. I’m grateful to God that we didn’t have a child together.
“I genuinely believed she was the one I could build a future with, the woman who would stand by me. Now, I don’t even know if I’ll ever be able to trust another person again.”
He reportedly wiped away tears several times, his voice cracking as he struggled to finish his statement.
“I’m so fucking tired. A hoe will always be a hoe, no matter what.” 💔💔
Yes, the proverbial they are and have tampered with the food supply, intentionally, knowingly, and willfully spraying food with toxins, genetically modifying food, inventing fake or faux [laboratory] foods, and now putting vaccines into food (meat and vegetables).
While the proverbial they get to do this wickedness, they also must make clean food available for all the people who desire such, which isn't a lot of people here in the U.S. However, as I'm always saying, they must give us notice and also a way out, which they do. It's on you/us, the individual, to have eyes to see and ears to hear as far as being given notice and a way out.
Many people complain that it's expensive to eat healthy, and in the U.S., it is. However, that's on purpose. The only thing the proverbial they must do is make the healthy food available, that's is. Pricing is entirely something else. The proverbial they are not obligated to make the healthy food affordable, just available.
There's cheap, unhealthy food and then there's costly, healthy food (organic, non-GMO, etc.). Basically, choice. We have choice. Healthy and unhealthy food are both available. It all boils down to what do you want, what can you afford, and are you health conscious or not.
If you want to be healthy and eat healthy, no one can stop you. No one! Yes, there may be challenges along the way, but again, no one can stop you. Only you can do that.
Let’s Stop Celebrating Snitches.
Daniel Songor Seronei and Amina Chute were undercover police officers who went into Nairobi’s criminal underworld in the 1990s to hunt three men the state called gangsters: Rasta, Wacucu and Wanugu.
To keep their cover they lived like ordinary people on the streets, sleeping in cars, drinking in rough bars, and taking casual jobs as drivers and labourers. Seronei even used the street name Alpha Romeo so that the people he was informing on would accept him as one of them.
According to the official story, their work led to all three men. Seronei followed Wanugu to Kabati Muranga, where Wanugu was killed in a shootout. Amina reportedly spent seventy-two hours watching Rasta in Umoja, followed his sister as she bought him tobacco, and then led the operation that ended his life. Wacucu was also killed.
That is the version the police want you to admire. The rest of the story is the part that matters.
When their covers were blown and Amina’s life was in danger, her family helped her leave Kenya for the United Kingdom. Seronei stayed behind. He was later ambushed near Safari Park Hotel by rogue fellow police officers and gunmen, and he survived with bullet fragments still in his body.
Years later Amina returned to Kenya, filmed herself with Seronei, and the video went viral as a tribute to a man who had risked his life for the police and was then betrayed by his own colleagues and by the state.
The tribute left out the obvious lesson. There is no honour in snitching, and snitches get stitches. The same police service that uses an informer is the service that abandons him when he is no longer useful. What an idiot.
I am not saying this from a distance. I am saying it because it happened to me. For criticizing the William Ruto regime, the media was instructed to write articles that presented me as a criminal, which is how the public is prepared to accept an abduction and a criminal charge.
It was pure luck that Kiganjo D(minus) @DCI_Kenya did not kill me because that was the plan between them and the @ODPP_KE and @Kenyajudiciary .
They used snitches of this same kind to entrap me, Safaricom to track me, to arrest me, to raid my homes, to confiscate my gadgets and my passport, and to destroy my reputation.
After going through that, I am very hesitant to believe any story that the police and the corrupt mainstream (githeri) media tell together, and I am not even sure that Wacucu, Wanugu and Rasta were the criminals the police claimed they were.
Kenyans need to be careful about the simple stories pushed by corrupt media, by bloggers who copy police statements like the stupid idiots that they are, and by viral videos that turn an informer into a hero. What happened to me can happen to you.
The same police who brief an undercover officer will also brief the newsroom, and the newsroom will then hand you a ready-made gangster so that you do not ask who sent the police in the first place.
There is no honour in snitching, and there is even less honour in clapping for the snitch.
Too many people eat crazy and then are baffled at all of their adverse health conditions. Ignorant to cause and effect. Cause = insalubrious diet and lifestyle. Effect = degenerative disease.
