@officialRPHS communication at this school is shocking head of Y10 is the most rude arrogant dismissive person how he is allowed to teach children is beyond me. The school needs a major offsted investigation and reform senior staff are never available & never respond to calls.

@easyJet refusing to pay out delay compensation stating because air traffic control is not your fault. But the pilot on the flight told all passengers the delay was due to an engine issue this is EasyJets issue and compensation should be paid. How do I dispute the declined claim
