@SkyHelpTeam hi, I upgraded my phone this month with sky swap and have the confirmation email that it was complete on 23rd September according to the call centre this hasn’t been processed your end so I’m expected to pay for both devices - please can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam I have - I have sent the device back which has been received by sky and also had an email confirming the swap was complete and that there was no additional payment required, the costs of the device and remaining credit agreement value were equal
