@debbie_abrahams, as your constituent, I urge you to attend the 2nd reading of Kim Leadbeater’s Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill on 29 November, and vote for choice.

Every constituency in Great Britain backs assisted dying, including ours. It’s time to change the law.

Still waiting for a @thetrainline to call back...ongoing saga waiting months for call back...#isanybodylistening?

[Cheryl Bennett @cherylpelican]

@MartinSLewis @thetrainline emailed me to change my ticket without penalty due to the cancelled train because of strike but @thetrainline charged me £40 to do it! @LNER said they shouldn't have. Complained but no call back!! In weeks!! #CustomerServiceWeek #ripoff #nocallback

[Cheryl Bennett @cherylpelican]

@ShellEnergyHome Yes I will do you now. I have raised and escalated a formal complaint but not heard back yet

[Cheryl Bennett @cherylpelican]

@itvMLshow disappointing call to @ShellEnergyHome re inaccuracy of projected £6k usage. They agreed but said its 'automatic' and can't change it, just to ignore their demanding emails. Told me my IHD doesn't work with my 'old' smart meter but they won't change it. #EnergyCrisis
