There are many ETF's out there with different rules which will mean they won't add it right away or at all. Here are a few on my list: SCHD, VTIP, XLK, XLE. FXAIX will likely be shielded for the first year so I will likely include for now. Also looking at ETFs focused on international markets and small caps. Some people won't have many options to change to though if in actively funded employer accounts.
