@pfau @BlackHC I definitely don't agree with many things the governing party PAP does and has done but Singapore is still very much a democracy. In my constituency in Singapore the opposition (WP) has won since 2011 and will very likely continue to do so. I just voted for them too by post.

@pfau @BlackHC Singapore has a multi-party political system. At our last general election in 2020, the governing party PAP had its lowest ever vote share of 61.24%. Our 2025 general election is happening right now, and you can see how Singapore has a vibrant and growing opposition.
