@customerhe99094 @Budget @British_Airways Budget have now contacted me, posting on X often has the desired effect. Let me see if they resolve the issue, if not I will respond to you. Perhaps BA do need to contact Budget and tell them not to overbook and give their customers cars away, not BA’s fault but it’s not good.

a car through BA at New Orleans airport, on arrival no car. Sent away and promised they would repay my return Uber fair and a days hire. Gave me a contact email and nothing after 5 emails. No response from Budget or BA customer services.

@aleynaTHFC Why are so many people applying a cost to this. If it was £20 a ticket would the performance be more acceptable? When we win do you say, well that was worth £88.50? It was a terrible performance, I am a ST holder, and I deserve better not because I pay £88.50, because I just do.

@TheRangeUK could you please tell me why multiple staff have asked for copies of their employment contracts and their emails go unanswered. Also when asked managers refusing to provide a contract only willing give an offer letter, which is not a contract.
