@Kia yes, I use chargepass. But using the Tesla's app give me a discounted rate at Superchargers - whereas Kia's chargepass does not have that option for Tesla charging stations...

@tesla Supercharger at a lot of locations do not work well for other EVs. It took us close to 30min to find a spot in Tejion Outlets in CA which works for Kia EV9 - two problems: Cables are short, and chargers on app show "unknown status" and dont start charging. @Kia pls fix

Very disappointed by how this being handled - your customer care does not understand customer service - am sorry. after 7 calls for over 45min long. Each they send email to Singapore airlines and each time I call back we start fresh. WHY? WHAT IS GOING ON?

@SingaporeAir I looked at the travel waiver policy. I had flight itinerary on 31st March, 2020 and 18th April, 2020 both of which refunds are being denied by @JustFlyGlobal. All booked in Jan 2020. They are disconnecting my calls - what do I do? We do not plan to travel in the next 12 months.
