I am facing an issue with the RuPay Scam & Score campaign.
I have been using RuPay Credit Card via UPI for a long time and my total score currently shows 436 points. I have already entered Tier 3 (₹100 = 1 point), having completed the required 120 trxns

@RuPay_npci Serious concern with My RuPay (Scan & Score) WhatsApp chatbot.
After ~120 transactions & ~₹1.5L spend, Platinum Tier still not granted.
Chatbot shows Transaction Count = 0, Spend = ₹15,000, while 436 coins are shown but frozen despite transactions in last 15–20 days.
