You need to put in those hours to keep on top of what you do and deliver results. You make that sacrifice if that's what you want to do.

So on average women get paid less because they on average don't choose high paying jobs. Implying that women earn far less money for the exact same job is the intended effect and a lie.

@theprojecttv @Meshel_Laurie Men on average are paid more than women if you sum everything and take the average. Men choose higher risk and or and more technical jobs such as FIFO mining, crane work, trades, engineering etc, where the majority of women aren't interested. Creating this average.
