@MartinSLewis A phone bill for an additional £60 for using just 17mb of data on holiday (I basically refreshed a web page in error) I told them I would change provider and the guy said he’d waive the charge as it was utterly ridiculous
@sainsburys@nectar my mum has just realised that her nectar account has been scammed. Someone has used her card elsewhere and stolen her points. What can she do?
Today I am also contacting her MP, @HuddlestonNigel, her local councillors Emma Stokes and David Ross @worcscc, and @tricks36, who is CEO of the NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board.
It would be wonderful if they could turn things around.

It's easy to ignore people who can't speak, isn't it? So easy to write them off. But she is loved, and she deserves to live her life to the full.
So please, @HWHCT_NHS, do the right thing and fund the care she needs so a frightened, vulnerable woman can go home and get well.

@megabusuk absolutely disgusted that my daughter was on a bus today and had some pervert touching himself next to her & the driver did nothing 🤬🤬 also why am I paying for allocated seats when that didn’t happen? Never using this company again!
