@thescript disappointed in the presale for purchasing the album! There was no presale! Taking my son for the first time because I have been to every tour and we couldn’t get the seats we always do. So far back he won’t get the close up experience…. Gutted!

@TUIUK Unfortunately I’ve had this response many times and I’m still patiently waiting! Holidays are cancelled up until the day before mine which is extremely frustrating. If there any hesitation the option of cancelling with a full refund should be available
