@CostaKapo I can see them wanting to still have access to the city. That said people buy schools districts first and foremost. The walkable stuff is secondary.
@dylthorn It’s a niche vehicle that Ford got to market with first. Other manufacturers probably do not see enough market share to invest in building one or they are worried it will canabalize their mid size offerings.
@bobbyfijan That home is so easy to out a 2nd floor on. We should be building starter homes that are designed with expansion in mind. No need to move just expand when ready.
@KKurzNHL@coreypronman@scottcwheeler Drafting 18 year old kids is total guess. With NIL in place and 19 to play in the AHL the NHL should increase draft age to 20 to ensure a clearer picture of who you are drafting. Just look at football H.S. Recruit rankings vs NFL draft.
@StradCath@Lowes I am 24 hours out from a Lowe’s appliance debacle. In the end the only thing they can do at store level is discount the order. Forget straightening out logistics. So get that financial apology.
@TKopelman There is a lot of merit to this, but I will simplify to owning multiple homes. The liability of home ownership ship has absolutely exploded in the past six years. I would rather rent in our primary area and own our second home.
@IvanTheK Needs to be younger than 65. At that age the physical requirements of moving become an impediment. Also just to mentally locked in. “This is the house I am dying in”.
@1991Wolfpack@buccocapital I wish schools were more upfront with merit offers. Schools trying to thread the needle to get the best students with the least amount of money offered. Students applying to excessive amount of college to see who will pay up. Cat and Mouse.
