I just found a beautiful scripture: Isaiah 41:10.
There will always be trials and tribulations in life, but God will carry you through every storm in your life. And give you strength to make it, even when you feel like you can't.❤️
You will be tempted to show that you are doing well, but it is important you resist the urge to perform for an audience that don’t matter - and maybe isn’t even watching
The way I prepare for questions for my interviews 😅
My goal is to task the interviewer’s mind so they know that the question stemmed from deep research and intellect.
So I don’t ask generic ‘what do you expect from a candidate’ ‘what are your goals as an organization’. Nop.
Especially if it’s the CEOs interview or senior management.
I will start by giving a background into what birthed my question. Talk about a particular transaction or initiative I saw online. And then speak on a counterparty risk or possible strategic concern that could have come up in the course of the transaction and how they handled it.
See, that’s my best part of interview because you sef go think 😂😂😂
The one I asked in my last interview had the CEO speaking for about 10 mins. I say good. I don interview the interviewer 😂
I could tell he was impressed by the depth of the question.
It’s usually my sign-off such that even if I didn’t do well in the interview, as I go, the last thing you’d use to remember me is that brilliant question I asked. Works all the time.
Let’s bring back privacy sana. People don’t have to know where you work, where you stay, who you’re dating, if you’re going through a breakup. Certain things you should keep amongst you and your people that have their best interests for you
