We heard about shoreline resilience amid a changing climate, clean transportation as climate action, and connecting diverse communities with nature.

Chicago’s newest neighborhood bikeway is already bustling! The Berwyn Greenway connects to the Lakefront Trail and community destinations like local businesses and the Berwyn CTA station. CDOT will expand it west in 2025.

A new school year means new, safer ways to get to school! CDOT is enhancing pedestrian safety with upgrades like raised crosswalks at Saucedo Academy in Little Village and curb bump-outs at Nash Elementary in Austin, making walks to school safer and easier for families.
