@AirCanada we have tried calling multiple times just to be disconnected. Email regarding our cancelled flight is very vague and says “we will rebook and let you know”. Awful, awful customer service.

@AirCanada how am I getting home? Zero rep came to explain anything to the passengers once the flight was cancelled out of JFK in NY. We were sent on our merry way with only being told Air Canada will not cover the cost of hotel and will be rebooked on a flight in two days time

@CTVToronto How about make them properly. I paid for personalized plates and they’re falling apart. Replacing them is the same cost as buying them new. $250 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ridiculous.

@KashPrime Ontario has not been able to get pain and fever reducing children’s meds for months now. And now the cold meds are hard to find. It’s awful that nothing seems to be getting addressed as to why the shortage and when we will get shelves filled
