Faculty from the Section of Cardiology at @UChicagoMed played key leadership roles in a newly published American Heart Association Scientific Statement defining standardized baseline and provocative invasive hemodynamic protocols for the evaluation of heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

Dr. Mark Belkin (@MarkBelkinMD) served as Chair of the statement, with Dr. Jonathan Grinstein (@JonGrinsteinMD) contributing as an author—helping shape best practices for invasive hemodynamic assessment nationwide.
