@Utd__max10 E no go better for who introduced wing-plays, I don't think it was Ferguson though, but whoever introduced it, made football boring to watch.
The wait is over.
We have 2 golds: Chimdiebube Onwubiko and Don Anele Munachimso.
We are the best in the world!
Egejurum Onyedikachi’s name was omitted. He should have a gold.
The Ministry of Education has now contacted the National Mathematical Centre to request that it submit all national Olympiad competitions it organizes.
They want to start sponsoring all of them to the international finals now.
They have started contacting schools already.
This was abandoned in 2019.
I hope they don’t politicize it.
Our children need to shine on global stages.
My company Educare just donated an extra N10 million towards South East Maths Olympiad.
ISEE ran out of funds, and so Educare had to intervene to enable us clear out current outstanding bills for the South East Maths Olympiad.
You can view our transparent ledger here https://t.co/qbnMfdtY93
We appreciate everyone who donated towards the success of South East Maths Olympiad 2026.
We will go again in 2027.
We will not renovate government owned schools anymore nor offer to train their teachers. They have the resources to do that and they can fix them if they wish.
For ISEE we will build modular container schools across communities in the South East, hire and train our own teachers, use of own 21st century globally relevant blended curriculum to train the children.
We will also give out scholarships, sponsor sports competitions, support technical education, apprenticeship education, invest in science and innovations.
We must remain independent and laser focused with top level management of our investments.
Last jamb was a disaster for my village youngsters. Over 70% of them failed jamb and the rest sparely passed. Rather than waiting for the government, we decided to take a different approach. We took the challenge upon ourselves for it not to repeat itself again. Every youngster in my village right now is on an intensive morning and evening drilling for next years Jamb and they undertake CBT once monthly with large pool of 16 years past questions across different subjects. In the CBT we track their performances on different topics and lays more emphasis on their weaknesses across different subject topics. One common thing we noticed is that many of the youngsters are alien to computers and can't even use a mouse nor keyboards. How were they planning to succeed in jamb when they could had probably be using a computer for the first time on Jamb day?
It's an eye opener and our mission is for all of them to score above 250. We will be paying for all their jamb exam fees and are also offering full scholarship to everyone that scores 300 and above.
If tribalism is not banned in Nigeria and made a serious crime as is it in Rwanda, Nigeria can never move forward as a Nation.
A divided nation cannot progress!
Focusing a major part of my education intervention in the South East is not tribalism.
I am not a political office holder. I’m just an ordinary citizen like you.
If you feel upset about it, why not focus on your region?
Our collective efforts will make Nigeria better.
When I repeat that values shape human progress and that character matters I am simply saying that those who pretend antecedents do not predict how people will govern are either naive or hypocritical. We are where I said Nigeria was going. Said so in print and on TV, repeatedly.
