1/ The Nexus AI on Pinealon
We ran natural language -> ontology knowledge extraction and transformation on our Pinealon article.
Then we loaded it into Nexus AI and asked it questions.
This is not vector embeddings. This is a sophisticated knowledge graph that encodes reasoning patterns and relational, hierarchical knowledge.
Check it out in the screenshots below.
Notice, as you go through these, something very important: it does not fill in the blanks with knowledge it cannot verify. It does not sacrifice correctness just to be more detailed than it can be.
bio/acc playbook
1. DECENTRALIZE BIOPOWER
Leverage decentralized networks for secure data storage, transactions, and crowdfunding to form global collectives that fund, coordinate, and monetize indie scientific research—bypassing legacy gatekeepers. Forge network states with fresh regs for safe, open clinical trials.
2. ENGINEER ETHICAL EVOLUTION
Embed biosafety and accountability via smart contracts: immutable ledgers for privacy-preserving data with selective sharing. Communities flag pathogenic genes and enforce safeguards. Automate failsafes and governance through encryption, onchain voting, and consensus—fueling innovation under transparent, crowd-ruled standards.
3. ALIGN WITH ECOLOGICAL BLUEPRINTS
Fuse biotech with ravaged ecosystems we've exploited to the edge. Adopt biomimicry: mimic nature's designs, processes, and systems. Open-source intelligent life forms that devour plastic, scrub CO2, and boost plant growth.
4. HACK HEALTH, CLAIM MIND-BODY LIBERTY
Declare every sentient being's unalienable right to mod their minds and bodies—tweaking neurochemistry and cognition on their terms. Roll out open tools for safe self-experiments with nootropics and psychedelics: from DIY brain-computer interfaces to decentralized patient data hubs. Democratize longevity to counter population crashes.
5. OPEN-SOURCE SCIENTIFIC AI, SPREAD THE WEALTH
Create a global commons for genomes, drug blueprints, and protocols via decentralized IP models powered by zero-knowledge proofs—ensuring equitable sharing of collective smarts, not elite hoarding. Log digital and physical science on distributed file systems. Life's code is public domain, not a vaulted secret.
6. ACCELERATE SUPPLY CHAINS
Build direct-to-consumer pipelines to slash costs and timelines. Link global biomanufacturing into open markets for fresh innovations, generics, and treatments. 3D-print molecules on-demand, locally.
Fund, learn, use.
Bio is building rails to modernize how biomedical science reaches the real world:
• Bio Protocol: fund research, build communities, go lab → market
• BioAgents: AI scientists surface what works, for whom and why
• Biofy: commerce layer turns research into real, shippable products
Digital rails for accelerated scientific production.
From lab to shelf exponentially cheaper and faster.
Ship science in 2026.
Congratulations to the winners.
Many of the races, it looked like PNL powered mice would win!
Alas, they often lost their lead last minute.
They might be losers, but they're losers who will live longer than their conquerors!
A blockchain purpose-built for dapps that can plug into the nootropics DAO knowledge base? Yep.
A blockchain where automatic, impact-based funding is distributed to the open collective of citizen scientists? Yep.
A blockchain that rewards knowledge work without mimicking the archaic and ineffective intellectual property model we are all used to? Yep.
The blockchain where the first breakthroughs on the quest for true human super intelligence will be surfaced and recorded for millennia? Yep.
Noosphere, the knowledge chain, is coming. Built to power world class knowledge dApps within a truly sustainable digital knowledge economy.
Bitcoin runs on mining.
Noosphere runs on MINDing.
In other news, stay on the lookout for the DAO’s upcoming DeScAI agent, to be released in collaboration with @BioProtocol. You just might get the opportunity to be one of the first MINDers!
GMind & Happy New Year to all (especially those faithful $TALON and $PNL holders who helped make the ongoing animal trials of Pinealon and Epitalon possible. S/o to @pumpdotscience too)!

The full framework here is pretty elegant, Bromantane:
- Builds dopaminergic capacity (TH/AAAD)
- Recruits ERK/CREB-linked plasticity machinery
- Releases Neurotrophins (BDNF/NGF)
- Locks in synaptic change (LTP + protein synthesis)…
And does it all without overstimulation.
Most stimulants tend kick the door in, throw dopamine everywhere, then act surprised when the room is trashed.
Bromantane is different, it increases the capacity for dopamine synthesis, then it gets out of the way.
Megathread incoming...
Accelerating scientific progress is one of the most impactful ways AI can benefit society. Models can already help researchers reason through hard problems — but doing this well means testing models on tougher evaluations and in real scientific workflows grounded in experiments.
If working memory feels like trying to hold water in a paper cup, stop looking for “more drive.” Start looking for better sleep depth and better NMDA/NR2B physics.
Magnesium L-threonate is one of the few compounds that even has a coherent path to both.
Big Thread Incoming
Huberman advertising Magnesium L-Threonate is fantastic I don't think he has the whole picture.
Magnesium is potentially one of the most important components in a Working Memory stack.

.@bettslacroix, CEO of Sam Altman-backed longevity startup @RetroBio_, joined DeSci Abu Dhabi as a surprise guest to discuss AI's growing influence on biomedical research:
"Biology is too hard for human scientists alone."
"There are around 20,000 human genes whose protein networks can generate on the order of 1M possible structural moieties. The best Harvard scientists specialize in only around 40."
Retro Biosciences recently worked with @OpenAI to create GPT-4b (b for "bio') aimed at uncovering biological insights and inventions which humans can't create on their own.
The model was used to uncover novel variants of the Yamanaka factors which achieve a 50x increase in reprogramming efficiency in vitro.
"The tools are here," Joe said. "Speed is the mantra. Regulatory infrastructure can slow things down, so we're looking to venues where people are innovating particularly on regulatory frameworks and human trials."
How does DeSci bring science to consumers faster?
At DeSci Abu Dhabi, @paulkhls announced that Bio is building a ’Shopify’ for science-backed health products.
DeSci’s edge:
> Community-driven feedback & development bring science to market faster
> Token incentives scale organic demand
> BioAgents drive personalization & consumer discovery
Initial featured products will include @Dermadao skin care, @HairDAO_ hair-loss treatments, @Cerebrum_DAO brain health supplement & more.
