Employees earned their time off and can use it however they want.

And asking "why" just puts unnecessary personal pressure on them. You wouldn't ask why they need to use health care or get their paycheck.

How many Cop Tv Shows did Gen X grow up on? Hill Street Blues, Wiseguy, In The Heat of The Night, Crime Story, CHiPS, Miami Vice & so many others. The resounding theme among all these shows, which were Westerns in disguise, was it was badass to be a Cop. #MakeAmerica80sAgain
