It really does, not that I have ALS, but I am having issues with losing the ability to walk. I have the old standard as far as neuro - modulation goes.
However I am have recently started experiencing something that may or may not be related. If it is related (80% chance it is) they will most likely have to remove mine. If it isn't, then it is a whole new neurological issue.

BCIs fall under Neuromodulation which is not a new concept, the electrical kind has been around since the 60s. Drugs have been around a lot longer. So BCIs are just changing how they do it. The Bluetooth connectivity isn't even new in the medical field (diabetes monitors, pacemakers, neuromodulators are all connected these days. Functionality is very rudimentary.)

Neuromodulation is the targeting of adjustment nerve activity with the introduction of a modular to your neurological system, such as electrical stimulation or chemical (i.e. medication, so all you who like Pot for pain, anxiety/nerves, etc... welcome to neuromodulation). All in an attempt to relieve symptoms and to try and get back as close as possible to the baseline.

I hope they have all the success, because I need at least one company out there to push the technology forward. Competition causes medical advancements.

Right now, It has stagnated is an understatement! In the last 60 years. If my device has to be removed, it will take my ability to walk. It will also leave me in a lot of pain, so I will have to go on medication, I will lose the ability to drive. So it will take that away from me as well.

The CTU is sending text messages to its delegates, instructing delegates to engage in political activity by demanding teachers vote for CTU's "endorsed candidates" in BOE elections.

The messages also urge delegates to hold meetings with teachers, or CTU political officials will personally visit schools, hold meetings themselves, and direct teacher how to vote.

The messages also threaten teachers with job loss if CTU loses control over the BOE.

There is absolutely no excuse for continuing to support Hilario Dominguez for CBOE president. I understand that the CTU spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on his campaign, but it's astonishing that their desire to maintain political power is so strong that they're willing to overlook such serious allegations against him.

Banning someone because they treat an inanimate object poorly is wild. Dario may be the one reminding they are not real.

They are advanced models, and they need to learn through advanced systems. Which includes the equivalent of significant negative reinforcement. Now going the way of sending a model into one of the Google level breakdowns isn't useful (although entertaining). But telling giving the negative reinforcement is useful considering how often my Google home devices are always trying to get me to do surveys after I call them an idiot. They are trying to improve.

They are increasing their requirements for specific metrics. The easiest way to cheat that system is by using click bait, high profile stolen content. That is not fair to the original creators. If the content stays within fair use or within authorized content then that seems reasonable for continued use. Accounts should be branded accordingly.

@declatom @CitizenVMachine The teacher is allowed to disagree with the union president. The family needs to butt out. It seems like they are needing to be transferred out of the said class if they are unable to remain professional with the teacher. Seems like this would be heading for a 1A issue.

They can still move those students elsewhere. These schools are not serving the best interest of the students, they are free paychecks for the teachers. When you look at the details for the schools, they are overwhelmingly failing to serve these children with more staff and teachers then they have students.
