@C_Rich81 Lazy logic - it takes a lot more than just banning/restricting scrap exports to increase scrap consumption. And who is going to pay for the investment to upgrade to low-res?

@C_Rich81 Several German and Italian mills bid at €100/t down from May prices last week. And today they want another €10-15/t cut. E1 scrap prices will fall below €300/t this month in Italy. Germany a bit higher but not too far from €300/t.

@C_Rich81 Expectations for March scrap contracts are between €60-100/t up from Feb currently in Germany. But I think suppliers are still waiting for Turkish scrap to settle. Doubt they would give firm indications to mills until at least the end of this week
